Ikhlas & Ordinary

You have no idea how much it means to me to read your comments on IKHLAS because seriously, who wants to read a book on conversations between a mom and a son? How is that anything new or special? Isn't that just an ordinary thing that happens everyday to everyone? Maybe. But I refuse to take these conversations for granted. Read and watch the news today- wars and killings, accidents and disasters, loved ones separated from each other. Now tell me if you don't feel blessed to be alive and to have the people you have in your life. And so, I insist on having these conversations documented and shared. Because- hadza min fadhli rabbi. Semua ini milik Allah Ta'ala. Suatu hari nanti harus saya pulangkan ia pada empunya hak. Sebelum itu, bacalah.
