When people finally mustered up enough guts to open up to you, about something so awful and so big that it's changing their entire lives, you do not question "why are you only telling me this now?" or "so you have been keeping secrets from me all this while?" or "who am I to you?" Please don't be just another regret. Please remember that this isn't about you. Please remember that they are merely inches away from going back to harming themselves by suppressing everything and letting it kill them slowly.
